As a community, we are facing an unprecedented challenge with the spread of COVID-19, also known as novel coronavirus.
Here at Diana Kotb, the well-being and safety of our family, including you all, is our top priority.
With that in mind, as the Covid-19 impact continues, we will closely monitor the Advice from the World Health Organisation as well as the Australian health authorities.
We have also put the following hygiene and cleaning measures in place:
- Strict hygiene practices to include disinfecting high touch areas. These are change rooms, counter spaces, and door handles after every appointment.
- Providing hand sanitiser at the front counter which we encourage all our customers to use.
- Limiting physical contact.
At this stage, we have decided the Showroom will remain open.
The showroom is open from 10am – 3pm Monday to Friday.
However, to limit contact between customers, we do advise you send us an email info@dianakotb.com or a Direct Message via Instagram before you arrive.
Online ordering will continue to operate as normal in terms of fulfilling orders and shipping them as quickly as possible.
